Anastasha Blackburn, APRN, AGACNP-BC
Anastasha is the founder and owner of Luxury Wellness Restoration Med Spa. She found her passion for Aesthetics and Wellness during her nursing career caring for extremely ill patients in the ICU. She has found a passion in educating the population in preventing life threating illnesses such as obesity, diabetes, and hypertension.
Anastasha holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing, which she obtained in 2016 from The University of South Florida in Tampa, an esteemed institution renowned for its nursing programs. She previously earned an Associated of Science in Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, Florida, and boasts over 12 years of dedicated service as a registered nurse, specializing in Intensive Care.
As a Board-certified Acute Care, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, her clinical focus encompasses a diverse patient demographic, including adolescents, adults, and the aging population. She currently continues to work full time as a Nurse Practitioner in the ICU caring for critically ill patients. Additionally, Anastasha possesses certification in Botox and Dermal Filler administration.
Anastasha and her husband, Bradley, currently reside in Lakewood Ranch Florida. They have two children, daughter Eleanor and son Oliver, and two dogs, Zeus and Ranger. Anastasha has been a Florida native for over two decades. In her spare time, she spends time with her children going on family outings, visiting theme parks, and going on family cruises.
Anastasha is a member of the American Med Spa Association, Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM), American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC), and American Association of Critical-Care Nursing.
Marsha Seiler, RN
Marsha has been a registered nurse for nearly a decade now. She received her Associates of Science in Nursing degree from St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, Florida. She has experience in Med/surg nursing and currently continues to work in the ICU. She believes in order to care for others it is essential we care for ourselves.
Marsha and her husband, Robert, of over three decades enjoy spending time traveling and with their grandchildren. They have 5 children, 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Marsha currently resides in St Petersburg Florida for over two decades.
Marsha’s dedication to skincare and her genuine desire to help others achieve radiant, healthy skin maker her an invaluable asset to our team.
Rickie Harmon, Master Esthetician | Advanced Skincare Specialist
With over two decades of dedication to the professional skincare industry, Rickie brings an unparalleled depth of experience and genuine passion to every client interaction. Her journey has taken her from the luxury resort spas of the Pacific Northwest, to the medical esthetics field in Santa Fe, and most recently, a modern luxury day spa in downtown Sarasota. Each chapter has shaped her holistic approach to skincare — one that blends advanced techniques with a warm, client-centered touch.
As a Master Esthetician, Rickie has opened and developed premier destination spas from the ground up, cultivating a loyal clientele of both seasonal visitors and local residents. Much of her business has been built on referrals from clients who value the exceptional results and trust she consistently delivers.
Her career has been diverse and dynamic: from providing hands-on treatments to leading spa teams, managing operations, and even teaching the next generation of estheticians. As a certified instructor at Sage School of Massage & Esthetics, she taught anatomy, physiology, product chemistry, and ingredient development — deepening her expertise in skincare science and reinforcing her belief in continuous learning.
Rickie specializes in results-driven treatments including advanced facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, micro-needling, and medical esthetics procedures. Her broad background across luxury resort, urban, and medical spa settings allows her to tailor treatments to each client’s unique skin concerns and lifestyle.
